Testimonials
HOHY Club members are encouraged to share their experiences, achievements, and personal stories with the community through three types of testimonials. Testimonials provide members with opportunities to inspire others, celebrate achievements, share personal journeys, and help build trust within the HOHY Club community.
A. Types of Testimonials
1. ✍️ Short Testimonials
Short Testimonials allow members to share brief experiences and messages with the HOHY Club community.

2. 📄 Full-Page Testimonials
Full-Page Testimonials allow members to share more detailed stories in a full-page format. Testimonials may include written content, handwritten content, photos, drawings, and other creative elements.

3. 🎥 Multimedia Testimonial Links
Multimedia Testimonial Links allow members to share their experiences through links to externally hosted digital content from approved social media platforms or other approved sources. Multimedia files are not uploaded directly to the HOHY Club server.
Examples may include videos, audio recordings, photos, and other multimedia content.

B. 🌟 Purpose of Testimonials
The HOHY Club Testimonial Program provides a platform for members to share personal experiences, recognize member achievements, encourage and inspire the community, and build trust through authentic stories.
C. 📋 Submission Eligibility
Only active GM and FM members may submit testimonials. Testimonials must relate to the member's personal experience with HOHY Club or its programs. Members may submit multiple testimonials, provided each submission contains original content. Separate submission limits apply to testimonials entered in the Best Testimonial Competitions. HOHY Club reserves the right to reject or remove testimonials that do not comply with program rules.
D. 📝 Content Guidelines
Testimonials must be truthful and based on the member's own experience; respectful and appropriate for all audiences; and must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content. Testimonials must not contain political or religious promotion, adult content, illegal activities, spam, or unauthorized advertising or promotional content, and must comply with all HOHY Club policies and community standards.
HOHY Club may edit minor formatting, spelling, or grammar without changing the intended meaning of the testimonial.
E. 📷 Copyright and Permission
By submitting a testimonial, members confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted or linked text, photos, drawings, audio, videos, and other materials; that the content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights; and that any identifiable person appearing in submitted photos or videos has granted permission where required by law. Members remain responsible for the content they submit.
F. 📢 Promotional Use Authorization
By submitting a testimonial, members grant HOHY Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content submitted directly to HOHY Club and to display or provide access to approved externally hosted multimedia links, subject to applicable rights and permissions. HOHY Club may display the testimonial on its website and member dashboard and use, publish, reproduce, format, translate, or distribute the testimonial for educational, promotional, marketing, and community activities in print or digital media.
HOHY Club will not materially alter the meaning of a member's testimonial without permission. Members retain ownership of their original content while granting HOHY Club the right to use it for promotional and community purposes in accordance with these rules.
G. 🏆 Testimonial Awards and Voting
Eligible testimonials may be selected to participate in the HOHY Club Best Testimonial Competitions and related Community Voting Programs. Selection, voting, and awards are governed by the applicable Best Testimonial Competition Rules and Voting Program Rules.
