Special Case FM Assistance Program

6. 💝 Special Case FM Assistance Program

The Special Case FM Assistance Program provides financial assistance to eligible FM orphanages and schools that need support for special educational activities, emergency situations, or children with urgent needs.

A. Assistance Request Process

If an eligible FM orphanage or school requires special assistance, it may submit a request through the FM Dashboard.

Each request should include:

1. A description of the assistance needed.

2. The purpose of the request.

3. Supporting information or documentation, if required.

HOHY Club will review submitted requests and determine which assistance requests qualify for approval.

B. Member Donation Program

After approval, HOHY Club may publish approved assistance requests for GM and FM members to view and support through voluntary donations.

GM and FM members may voluntarily donate to approved Special Case FM Assistance Program campaigns, subject to applicable program rules.

C. HOHY Club Matching Support

Subject to applicable program rules, available funding, and any campaign matching limit established by HOHY Club, eligible member donations may be matched by HOHY Club at 100%.

For example, if an approved campaign receives $1,000 in eligible member donations and the full amount is within the applicable matching limit, HOHY Club will provide an additional $1,000 in matching funds, resulting in $2,000 in total support.

HOHY Club may establish a maximum matching amount for each approved assistance campaign based on available program funding.

D. Community Funding Sources

The Special Case FM Assistance Program receives financial support from:

1. Voluntary donations made by GM and FM members.

2. 100% of the winning bid amounts from the HOHY Club Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Monthly Silent Auction Program, excluding service fees and applicable postage and handling charges.

Silent Auction winning bid amounts are auction proceeds, not voluntary member donations. Winning bidders receive the SFD drawing and applicable Achievement Points; auction proceeds are not automatically eligible for HOHY Club donation matching.

Through this program, HOHY Club encourages members to work together to support schools, orphanages, and children in need.
