5. 🎨 Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Monthly Silent Auction Program

The Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Monthly Silent Auction Program is established to raise funds for the Special Case FM Assistance Program by allowing members to bid on meaningful artwork created by the community.

A. Eligible Auction Drawings

Eligible drawings from applicable HOHY Club Smiling Face Drawing programs may be entered into the Monthly SFD Silent Auction in accordance with the applicable program rules.

Drawings that are not selected for the final SFD competition and whose submitters do not request their return may be entered into the Monthly SFD Silent Auction.

Eligible drawings will be listed in the Monthly SFD Silent Auction.

B. Auction Rules

All members may view available drawings and submit silent bids.

The highest bidder will be declared the winner of the drawing.

Each drawing will have a minimum opening bid of at least $10.

No bidding fee will be charged.

C. Payment Process

The winning bidder will pay:

The winning bid amount;

A $5.00 service fee; and

Applicable postage and handling charges.

All the payments will be deducted from the winning bidder's referral commission account.

D. Donation Purpose

100% of the winning bid amount will be designated to the Special Case FM Assistance Program. The $5.00 service fee and applicable postage and handling charges are not included in the auction proceeds designated to the program.

E. 📊 Achievement Points

For each complete $10 of the final winning bid amount:

The winning bidder earns 1 Achievement Point.

The drawing submitter earns 1 Achievement Point.

F. 📅 Monthly Auction Schedule

Regular Monthly Schedule

Bidding Opens: The 1st day of each month.

Bidding Closes: The last day of each month.

G. ⭐ Star GM Award

The Top 10 eligible GM bidders, ranked by the total amount of their winning bids during each monthly auction, will each receive one (1) GM Star. If a GM wins more than one drawing during the month, the winning bid amounts are combined for GM Star ranking.

Tie-Break Rule: If two or more eligible GM members have the same total winning bid amount during the monthly auction, the GM whose final winning bid was submitted earlier will receive the higher ranking.

Each GM Star provides:

• 100 additional Re-entry Positions

Additional Referral Commissions may be earned through these Re-entry Positions, subject to the applicable HOHY Club Referral Commission and Re-entry Rules. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Up to 120 GM Stars may be awarded during a full program year through the SFD Monthly Silent Auction Program.

(12 monthly auctions × 10 GM Star recipients = up to 120 GM Stars)

Note: FM members may participate in the Silent Auction and earn applicable Achievement Points but are not eligible to receive GM Stars.
