2. 🎨 Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Voting Program
The Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Voting Program allows GM and FM members to participate as volunteer judges, recognize outstanding artwork, and earn Achievement Points and award prizes through community participation.
A. Eligible Competition Groups
Voting members may participate in the following nine competition groups, including FM children's competition groups and GM age-group competitions:

B. GM & FM Member Voting Process
Each eligible GM and FM member may vote for their three favorite entries in each competition group.
The voting system is:
1st Choice = 3 Voting Points
2nd Choice = 2 Voting Points
3rd Choice = 1 Voting Point
The entries receiving the highest total points will receive the corresponding competition awards.

C. Voting Member Award Prizes
Voting members may receive award prizes when their 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd choices correctly match the final competition results.

Prize Qualification Rules
Members who qualify for the 1st Prize also satisfy the qualification requirements for the 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize.
Members who qualify for the 2nd Prize also satisfy the qualification requirements for the 3rd Prize.
However, each GM or FM member may receive only one (1) voting prize per competition group.
Qualified members will receive the highest prize level for which they are eligible.
Awards are limited to the first ten (10) qualified voting members at each prize level in each competition group, based on the date and time their qualifying votes were submitted.

D. 📊 Achievement Points
Each eligible GM or FM voting member earns 1 Achievement Point for each competition group in which the member submits a valid vote.
⭐ Star GM Award
To recognize outstanding voting performance, the Top 10 qualified GM voting-prize winners in each competition group will each receive one (1) GM Star added to their Gold Member account.
GM members will be ranked first by voting prize level and then by the date and time their qualifying votes were submitted. First Prize GM winners will receive priority, followed by Second Prize GM winners and then Third Prize GM winners, until the Top 10 eligible GM winners have been determined.
FM voting-prize winners are not eligible to receive GM Stars.
Each GM Star provides:
• 100 additional Re-entry Positions
Additional Referral Commissions may be earned through these Re-entry Positions, subject to the applicable HOHY Club Referral Commission and Re-entry Rules. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Up to 180 GM Stars may be awarded during a full program year through the SFD Voting Program.
(9 competition groups × 2 voting periods × 10 GM Star recipients = up to 180 GM Stars)
Note: GM Stars are awarded only to eligible Gold Members (GM). FM voting members may receive voting prizes and Achievement Points but are not eligible to receive GM Stars.
