1. 🎨 Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Competition Guidelines
The Smiling Face Drawing (SFD) Competition encourages creativity, positivity, and community participation by inviting Gold Members (GM) to express their artistic talents through original drawings.
The competition recognizes outstanding artwork while promoting happiness, imagination, artistic development, and community involvement.
Note: The Community Smiling Face Drawing Competition is open only to eligible Gold Members (GM). FM organizations do not participate in this competition; their students participate separately through the FM Smiling Face Drawing Benefit Program.
A. Age Groups, Awards & Competition Schedule

The Top 25 finalists in each age group will receive monetary prizes according to their final rankings. The Top 10 prize winners in each age group will also receive one (1) GM Star.

The Smiling Face Drawing Competition is conducted twice each year (Semiannual Program).
⭐ Star GM Award
To recognize outstanding artistic achievement, the Top 10 prize winners in each age group will each receive one (1) GM Star added to their Gold Member account.
Each GM Star provides:
• 100 additional Re-entry Positions
Additional Referral Commissions may be earned through these Re-entry Positions, subject to the applicable HOHY Club Referral Commission and Re-entry Rules. Earnings are not guaranteed.
A maximum of 60 GM Stars will be awarded each year through the Community Smiling Face Drawing Competition.
(3 age groups × 2 competition periods × 10 Top Winners = 60 GM Stars)
B. Submission Rules
Each eligible Gold Member may submit up to three (3) original drawings during each competition period and will compete in the age group corresponding to the member's age.
For each drawing submitted, the member will receive 10 Achievement Points.
Drawing No. 1 submitted by each Gold Member will represent that member in the main competition. Drawings No. 2 and No. 3 will not be considered for finalist selection.
C. Drawing Requirements
Original Work
Each drawing must be the original work of the submitting member. The member may not submit artwork created by another person. No AI-generated or AI-assisted drawings are permitted.
Title
Selected by the artist.
Format
Open format. Any artistic style, technique, or drawing medium is accepted.
D. Selection of Finalists
1. HOHY Club staff and invited professional judges will review Drawing No. 1 submitted by each eligible Gold Member.
2. Twenty-five (25) finalist drawings will be selected for each age group.
3. The finalists will advance to the GM and FM member voting round.
E. Final Round Voting

Each eligible GM and FM voting member may select three favorite drawings:
1st Choice = 3 points
2nd Choice = 2 points
3rd Choice = 1 point
The drawings receiving the highest total scores will receive awards according to their final rankings.
Tie-Break Rule
If two or more drawings receive the same total score, the drawing submitted earlier will be declared the winner.
F. Drawing Return & Auction Options
Drawing Return
Participants may request the return of their original drawing by paying:
$5.00 service fee per drawing
Applicable postage
The total amount will be deducted from the member's referral commission account.
Monthly Silent Auction
Drawings that are not selected as finalists and are not requested for return may be entered into the Monthly Silent Auction.
The winning bidder will pay:

$5.00 service fee
Applicable postage
All charges will be deducted from the bidder's referral commission account.
100% of the winning bid amount will be donated to the Special Case FM Assistance Program. The $5 service fee and applicable postage are not included in the donated auction proceeds.
G. Achievement Points for Auctions & Voting
Auction Achievement Points
For each complete $10 of the winning bid, the winning bidder and the drawing artist will each receive 1 Achievement Point.
Voting Achievement Points
Each eligible voting member earns:
1 Achievement Point per age group voted on.
