The Smiling Face Drawing Program encourages creativity, positivity, and happiness by inviting children to express their smiles and imagination through artwork.
The program is conducted twice each year.

The prizes shown above are awarded separately for each competition group.
Each entry must include:
One original drawing
One smiling-face photograph of the artist
Each submitted entry earns the FM organization 10 Achievement Points.
Drawing Requirements
Paper Size:
8½" × 11" white paper
Title:
Selected by the artist or teacher
Drawing Style:
Open format — any style or artistic medium is accepted.
🎨 Competition Process
1. Each eligible FM organization may submit up to 10 drawings for each eligible competition group during each competition period.
2. Drawing No. 1 in each eligible competition group submitted by each FM organization will represent that organization in the main competition.
3. HOHY Club officers and invited professional judges select 25 finalist drawings for each competition group.
4. Eligible GM/FM voting members vote for their three favorite finalist drawings in each group:
1st Choice = 3 points
2nd Choice = 2 points
3rd Choice = 1 point
5. The drawings receiving the highest total points will receive the corresponding prizes.
Tie-Break Rule:
If two or more entries receive the same total score, the drawing submitted earlier will be declared the winner.
🖼 Drawing Return & Silent Auction
Drawing Return
Participants may request the return of their original drawing by paying:
$5.00 service fee per drawing
Applicable postage
The amount will be deducted from the FM organization's referral commission account.
Monthly Silent Auction
Drawings that are not requested for return may be entered into the Monthly Silent Auction.
The winning bidder will pay:
Winning bid amount
$5.00 service fee
Applicable postage
All charges will be deducted from the bidder's referral commission account.
100% of the winning bid amount will be donated to the Special Case FM Assistance Program. The $5 service fee and applicable postage are not included in the donated auction proceeds.
⭐ Achievement Points for Auctions & Voting
Auction Achievement Points
For each complete $10 of the final winning bid amount:
The winning bidder earns 1 Achievement Point.
The drawing submitter earns 1 Achievement Point.
Voting Achievement Points
Each eligible GM/FM voting member earns:
1 Achievement Point for each competition group they vote in.
