Anti-Spam Policy
Before referring or promoting HOHY Club to others, please read this Anti-Spam Policy carefully. HOHY Club strictly prohibits spamming activities.
1. What is Considered Spam?
Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Sending unsolicited, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial or promotional electronic messages, including bulk messages, automated messages, or repeated communications to recipients who have not consented to receive them or where such communications are prohibited by applicable law.
Posting off-topic, repetitive, excessive, or unsolicited promotional messages on message boards, forums, social media platforms, chat rooms, messaging services, or other online communication channels.
Sending unsolicited promotional or referral messages through chat rooms, messaging applications, social media direct messages, group messaging services, or other electronic communication platforms.
Members may not purchase, harvest, scrape, obtain, or use email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, or other contact information for unsolicited HOHY Club promotional communications in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
Members must honor applicable unsubscribe, opt-out, or stop requests and must not continue sending promotional communications to a person who has requested that such communications stop.
2. What is HOHY Club's Anti-Spam Policy?
HOHY Club prohibits spam and takes violations of this Anti-Spam Policy seriously. Members who violate this Anti-Spam Policy may be subject to disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or termination of membership, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
HOHY Club may investigate credible reports of spam, unlawful communications, or violations of this Policy. HOHY Club may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, service providers, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties and may disclose information when permitted or required by law and in accordance with the HOHY Club Privacy Policy.
Suspension or termination may affect the member's eligibility for future referrals, referral commissions, program participation, or other benefits, subject to the Membership Agreement, applicable program rules, and applicable law.
Members who use third parties or service providers to send promotional communications relating to HOHY Club remain responsible for ensuring that such communications comply with this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Members may not use a third party to engage in conduct that would otherwise be prohibited under this Policy.
3. How Do I Report Spam?
To report spam, send an email to MemberServices@HOHYClub.com. All email complaints should include the original spam email, including the complete email headers whenever available.
