Participation in the HOHY Club is voluntary and subject to the Club's Membership Agreement, program rules, and eligibility requirements.

2. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income, referral commission, award, benefit, or compensation examples presented by the HOHY Club are provided solely to illustrate how the Club's programs operate. They are not guarantees or promises of future earnings or benefits. Actual results vary and depend on many factors, including individual participation, successful referrals, compliance with Club policies, and overall program activity.

3. Referral Compensation

Referral commissions are earned only when all applicable program requirements have been satisfied, including successful registration and payment by the referred member, when applicable. The HOHY Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its referral commission and re-entry rules, referral programs, or promotional offers in accordance with applicable law.

4. Independent Member Status

Gold Members, Priority Members, Fundraiser Members, and other participants are independent members of the HOHY Club. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship with the HOHY Club.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

The HOHY Club does not sell members' personal information to third parties. Information is collected only for membership administration, program operation, legal compliance, and communication with members, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Program Changes

The HOHY Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, benefit, award, promotion, or eligibility requirement at any time. Whenever practical, members will be notified of significant changes through email, the member dashboard, or other official communication channels.
