4. Soft Opening Stage
November 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

A PM may also become a GM by paying the one-time $30 Gold Membership fee.
Referral Commission:
The member who referred the PM will earn a $15 referral commission when the PM is upgraded to GM, subject to the applicable rules.
B. Gold Member (GM)
One-time membership fee: $30
GM benefits include:
- Eligible to earn referral commissions for qualified referrals, subject to applicable HOHY Club referral commission rules.
- Eligible to earn additional referral commissions through the Club's re-entry system, subject to the applicable rules and maximum commission limits.

- Student Clubs
- Associations
- Nonprofit organizations (NPOs)
- Other qualified organizations approved by the Club
There is no upfront membership payment required from an eligible organization. Upon enrollment, the organization begins as a Fundraiser Member (FM-).
An FM- earns $22.50 for each qualified referral. The first $30 of the FM-'s cumulative qualifying referral earnings is applied toward the $30 membership fee. Once the required $30 has been earned, the account is automatically upgraded from FM- to FM. No additional action is required from the organization.
FM benefits include:
- Eligibility to earn $22.50 for each qualified referral after satisfying the applicable qualification requirements.
- An eligible FM may have up to 1,000 Re-entry Positions, subject to the applicable HOHY Club referral commission and re-entry rules.
- Complimentary participation in applicable FM Award Programs, Benefit Programs, and Community Programs.
Referral Commission to the Referring Member
When a member refers an FM-, the referring member does not receive the FM- referral commission immediately upon the FM-'s enrollment.
The referral commission becomes payable when the FM- has earned the required $30 membership fee and the FM account becomes active.
